I'm a writer. I can take direction, craft an interesting article, interview sources and meet your deadline.

Let me help you reach your audience. See some samples below and here.

Copywriting

I've written about how Enterprise Corporate security attacks and breaches are on the rise from a variety of sophisticated actors. This short ebook discusses how companies can use MFA to protect themselves:

I have written about technology since 1988, when I joined the team at Electronic Buyers News. I've written for InformationWeek, CRN and VARBusiness, both in print and online. I've launched microsites for Intel (www.iotsolutionprovider.com) and written internal communications for one of the largest communications companies in the United States.

I have also written a great deal on the customer experience. Here's recent e-book for Oracle on 4 Critical CX Roles in the Financial Services Industry:

The best stories are those that offer that kind of "panoramic viewpoint." Sometimes, those are best told as feature stories, other times as slideshows. Here are some samples.

I've also written thought-leadership articles for IT companies, like this one for a well known Application Performance Management vendor:

And another on a customer-service centric software vendor:

Editing

For many years, I have worked with writers, honing their copy and helping them craft articles of substance and style.

Some of these authors are professional freelancers. But many of the writers I work with are experts: CEOs, presidents and other C-suite executives have submitted copy to me. Although many of these pieces have tremendous knowledge imbued in them, sometimes the style of writing is too pedantic, too dry or too techie.

That's where I come in. I take that content and transform it into articles directly aimed at the targeted audience. Sometimes I work with writers and suggest improvements; other times I rewrite as appropriate. Managing expert authors as well as freelancers is all in a day's work.

Blogging/Social Media

I blog on technology issues as they relate to retailers. I talk with solution providers, vendors and retailers. I listen, learn what's trending and then write opinion pieces, based on the facts I've gathered.

Research is finding thaat increasingly, blogs drive traffic to sites. A savvy social strategy helps your audience find your site and promotes your brand as a thought-leader.

Let me help create or curate content for your web site. Whether you want a stable of experts to opine on industry happenings, a writer to help your execs get their ideas in print or a combination of both, drop me a line at jenniferbosavage@gmail.com and we can talk about how to best get your message out and increase site traffic.
